Newton's 1st Law in full effect

Here is a video of Newton's first law in action. Newton's first law states that, "an object in motion remains in motion and an object at rest remains at rest unless a net force acts on it." In this video I am seen knocking over a water dispenser bottle with my foot. The object remained at rest until I applied a net force to it causing it to fall over. While the object was falling over it remained in motion until a net force acted on it. This net force was the force applied by the floor which stopped the water dispenser bottle from falling.
