Space/Voyager 1

Hey everyone -  just thought I'd post this article up because it has physics all over it.  So I like to watch space shows and it's amazing that Voyager 1 and it's successor Voyager 2 were launched way back in 1977 and scientists utilized physics in order to facilitate their journey through the solar system. Imagine the motion diagram for that! Scientists had to slingshot the two spacecrafts using gravity from Mars into the outer solar system. Anyways it provides for a good read because Voyager 1 has officially traveled outside of our solar system and into interstellar space. Enjoy.
